FOTD: Holiday 2013 Makeup Look #2

Thanks to everyone who liked my Holiday 2013 Makeup Look #1 and as promised here’s the second look I created taking inspiration from the 1960’s Hollywood Glam look of Katie Holmes.

What I used:

1. Chanel CC Cream (my super duper favorite CC cream to date! I reviewed 5 CC Creams so far)
2. K-Palette Real Lasting Eyeliner 24H
3. Maybelline The Rocket Volum Express Mascara
4. My personalized Inglot Cosmetics Freedom System palette containing the following:  Freedom System Blush 43, Freedom System Rainbow Eyeshadow 102, Freedom System Eyeshadow Pearl Square 433, and Freedom System Square Lipstick 82.
5. Revlon Age Defying DNA Advantage Concealer 04
6. Make Up Factory Eye Brow Powder

 

How to do this Holiday makeup look:

 

 

1. Apply the lightest shade from the rainbow eye shadow square all over the lids.
2. Apply the darkest shade from the rainbow eye shadow square from the outer corners of the eyes blending all the way up to the middle of eye socket (crease) Blend well using a blending brush
3. Apply the eye shadow pearl on top of  the same spot from no.2 blending upward and inward until you achieve the desired color effect
4. Add pearl as desired.
5. Apply liquid eyeliner starting from the outer corners create a wing tip, then draw the line from the center towards the end and repeat until desired thickness/effect is achieve, line eyes to the inner corners and outward.
6. Apply mascara

1. Apply Khol liner at the lower lash line
2. Apply blush from apple of cheeks to temple
3. Apply lipstick

Shift hair from left to right haha!

A closer look at the eye makeup !

I love this pearl shade, kinda like golden green and the shimmer is just right.

And this red lipstick is just amazing, the kind of red I was looking for!

Yeah I love this look haha!
