There’s only one liquid eyeliner makeup that stood the test of sun, sea, sand, and sunblock that I’ve tried so far. I am still using this eyeliner brand in spite of not having the chance to blog it ever! Odd!
Anyway, a blogger friend saw a vlog review of a famous Pinay YouTuber about Shawill Makeup Liquid Eyeliner Waterproof. We went to buy it immediately just in time for our weekend beach trip. We still want to look pretty made up even if we are soaking in the sun and salt water. Unfortunately, it was a bad decision to use this and rely on that review. Shawill Makeup Liquid Eyeliner Waterproof was not really waterproof at all. It smudged all over my face while I was surfing, that my surf instructor would tease me that I looked like having a black eye. It was that bad that even other surf instructors notice it even if we are all busy in the water!
The smearing was so bad that my eye hurts and my vision kinda blur. It was kinda difficult to concentrate on the surfing because I was also busy trying to remove the smudges with my rashguard and swimsuit.
