It’s almost a year since we joined the Nestle Fitnesse 14 Days To Show Off Your Shape challenge and up to now I haven’t gained back my initial weight before the diet and I think I’m still losing weight!
I was reminded about the challenge when I got an email about a possible appearance in the carton boxes of Nestle Fitnesse haha! I wish! Anyway just wanna tell you that the diet works!

The diet works! I vouch for it, you should try if you intend to loose your muffin tops and other unwanted fats!
